Setting SMART goals is crucial to guarantee a purposeful and fulfilling CASL program.
Talk to your tutor about what you want to achieve, how you can achieve this and how you will demonstrate your progress and/or your impact.
Goals that are specific have a significantly greater chance of being accomplished. For example: you may play Basketball. But, you don't want to set a goal to simply improve your Basketball skills as this is too vague. However, you may elect to improve your Free Throws accuracy. This is a more specific goal.
You can measure your progress by recording how many Free throws you make every practice session, so this is now measurable. Your tutor will be able to measure your progress and support you, but you need to take control and remember to engage in the evidence and reflection process.
