Students need to demonstrate all seven Learning Outcomes to complete the CASL program. Some learning outcomes may be demonstrated many times, in a variety of experiences, but completion of the program requires that there is some evidence for each outcome.
Students should be intentional in their self-development journey, but expect to be surprised by the unexpected learning that comes about. When adding an experience to ManageBac they are required to explicitly identify how they will demonstrate the learning outcome- this is all about being intentional in their planning.
Their learning journey and demonstration of the identified learning outcomes is then evidenced in reflections and other produced materials or evidence – which really are thoughts, realizations, plans, goals, failures, progress, troubles, failings - through videos, written records, audio bites etc.
